Day - Clear Sky

High Pressure = Clear sky and cold nights!

High pressure rules the forecast for the next couple days. Clear skies + winds from the north means most nights will be pretty cold.

Current Conditions:

Highs are in the upper 50s, skies are clear, making for a relatively nice day! Winds today are out of the north and of moderate speeds, ranging from 5 to 15 mph.

Short Term Forecast:

High pressure dominates the short term forecast, with a smaller area centered over you moving eastward and a stronger, larger high pressure system centered in Canada but impacting weather far away moving eastward. Winds will be light over the next day or so, but as the northern high pressure center deepens, winds will strengthen and turn to coming out of the north. Chance for rain is very low. Northerly wind and clear skies mean temperatures will be cold by Friday.

Long Term Forecast:
The strong, broad high pressure system continues to be the only show in town. This means precip chances are low, but nighttime temperatures could get very chilly. Winds will weaken on Saturday as the high is centered over MO/IL.
