  3. What you are doing is truly incredible! Do you find that the amount of muscle exertion you experience varies dramatically with the water conditions? Or are you able to keep energy expenditure fairly constant?

  4. @James: Good question. It all depends where the weather is coming from. If you have tail winds from the quarter or directly behind, you don’t have to work that hard to keep the boat moving in the right direction. If it starts coming from the side or in front, it gets pretty miserable, pretty fast. We’ll eat more and sleep harder during the harder days. – Jordan via Greg@Mission Control
